Over the last five years I have been managing mobile devices for corporate use.
Two years ago we added corporate email to personally owned smart phones and tablets, supporting Android and iOS platforms.
Aside from the changes in the mobile device management industry, like more providers, OS support, security bugs and online service breaches, the biggest challenge I have faced is user rejection due to privacy concerns.
While the concerns are justified, not knowing what you don't know should be a bigger concern.
I will do my best to provide unbiased answers to some of the questions I've been asked. I will also tell you what I have done for my own devices.
